A Private Society of Builders

Success Is a Lonely Road. This Is Where It Ends.

888 SOCIETY is a private order of entrepreneurs, investors, and executives — limited to 888 seats per chapter, beginning with Southern California. The first chapter opens with eighty Charter seats — numbered 009 to 088, engraved, and never reassigned. The first table sits in December 2026.

We meet on the eighth.Four gatherings a year — March, June, September and December — always on the eighth. In every chapter and every city, the same rule.

The Promise

You Never Arrive Alone.

Most rooms sell you contacts and then leave you standing in a crowd of strangers. In the days before every gathering, the office sends you the members it believes you should meet, why they matter to what you are building, and, where seating is assigned, where you will be sitting. Introductions depend on who attends and are not guaranteed in any individual case.

We Read the Room First

Before every gathering, the office studies who is attending and what each of them is working on.

You Get Three Names

Sent to you before the night, with the reason each one is worth your time.

The Seating Is Arranged

You are placed beside them. Nobody is left working the edge of the room.

The Introduction Is Made

Both sides are told about each other beforehand, so the conversation starts in the middle.

888 SOCIETY is the room where you sit with the ones who already made it. Who you meet there is the one thing we refuse to leave to chance.

01 · The Difference

Visible to Everyone.
Known by No One.

You have a following. You have a feed. Thousands of people can see you, and it has not sent you one serious partner — because the stranger scrolling past you risked nothing to be there and owes you nothing. Every one of the 888 will have paid to be in this room, and every one will have been reviewed before the door opened. Eighty of those seats are open right now, and the eighty go first. When the rest of the chapter sees your name, they already know something about you no follower will ever know: you paid to be here too.

Out ThereIn Here
A follower costs nothing, and owes you nothingEvery person in the room paid to be in it
You are one of millions selling the same thing888 seats in the chapter. One of them is yours
Nobody vetted anybodyEveryone was reviewed before they were let in
You chase the meetingThe office makes the introduction
Your post gets seen. Your business does notYour listing is read by people who actually buy
You leave with likesYou leave with partners, clients and suppliers

One line, never two. A member who introduces someone the office admits is paid on that person — and never on anyone that person goes on to introduce. There is no quota, no kit, nothing to buy, and no seat or degree depends on it. Most members introduce no one. How the program works ⟶

02 · The Calendar

Rooms & Rituals.

Four times a year the Society convenes — a private dinner, a golf invitational, a business mixer, and, on the eighth of September, the Gala in black tie.

Gathering I

The Private Dinner

All Degrees

A closed table in a room you would not have booked yourself. One long conversation, no stage.

Gathering II

The Golf Invitational

All Degrees

Eighteen holes is four uninterrupted hours with someone who does not take cold calls.

Gathering III

The Business Mixer

All Degrees

The wide room, on purpose: founders, investors, executives, attorneys, and civic leaders in one place.

Gathering IV

The Grand Room

All Degrees

A large venue, a speaker worth the drive, and the whole chapter in the same room.

Before Each

The Head Table

The Head Table

A private dinner with the principals in the hours before each gathering. Small table, closed door, no cameras.

The Gala

The Society

Every September 8th — black tie, the year’s recognitions, and the entire Society in one room.

Before the First Table

Your Seat Starts Working
the Day It Is Yours.

You do not wait until March for your membership to be worth something. This is what happens the week you are admitted.

Your number

Assigned at admission, engraved, and never reassigned. Seat 009 is 009 forever.

Your conversation

A working session with the office on what you are building and who you need to meet. Your first introductions come out of it.

Your mark on the wall

Your logo goes on the public roll the week you are admitted. Everyone who comes after sees it there from the start.

Your table

The office assigns your group for the year, matched by business stage, and convenes it at every gathering.

The Charter Dinner

December 2026. It is the eighty and no one else — three months before the chapter opens its doors to anyone.

And if we do not move your business

If in your first year the Society does not move your business, do not renew — and tell us why, to our face, at the December table.

04 · The Unfair Advantage

The Only Club Wired Into an Operating Ecosystem.

Most clubs hand you a drink and a name tag. 888 SOCIETY sits inside a private business ecosystem — six companies that form, fund, finance, educate, and scale. When you join the room, you plug into the machine behind it.

HEFE GROUP

Business formation, structure, branding, and growth — preferred access for members.

Business Services
AVANCO GROUP

Financing and capital-access solutions for members’ ventures. Any credit is offered by AVANCO GROUP under a separate agreement, subject to underwriting, approval, and applicable licensing. 888 SOCIETY does not extend credit, does not arrange credit, and does not finance membership dues.

Finance & Capital Access
ORENTRA ACADEMY

Professional markets education — futures, options, and discipline at member terms.

Markets Education
ORENVIA GROUP

Commerce and global trade — sourcing, wholesale, and marketplace relationships.

Commerce
LUXBERG

The investment arm of the holding — partnership and acquisition conversations happen here first.

Capital & Investments
888 SOCIETY

The room that ties it together — where the ecosystem's builders, clients, and allies become one network.

The Private Room

Membership provides relationships and preferred access to services — it does not constitute an offer of securities, an investment opportunity, or any right to returns.

8
What the Society Owes

The 888 Scholarship.

Every September 8th, at the Gala, the Society awards eight scholarships to the children of builders who are still early in the climb. Eight awards, read aloud, with their parents in the room.

Eight Awards · Every Year

A Club of Wealthy People Is Just a Club.

What separates an institution from a nice dinner is that the institution owes something to the people outside the room. The Scholarship is that debt, paid once a year, in public, by the whole Society at once.

Seat 001From the Founder

I Have Paid for Every Room
That Did Not Work.

I have been in business for more than twenty years — most of it in rooms I paid to be in.

I bought the seminars with the famous name on the poster. I hired the mentors. I sat in the mastermind groups, the clubs, the pitch nights. Some of them moved me. Almost none of them moved my business. A man on a stage can make you believe you can do anything. He cannot introduce you to the person who signs the check.

The rooms that worked were never the ones I paid for. They were the ones we built ourselves — a handful of us who have been putting the right people in the same room for a long time. Dinners. Golf tournaments. A charity we run for law enforcement, where the course fills with operators and city officials who came because somebody they trust told them to. Nobody sold anything at those. People met the person they needed, and then things happened.

After 2020 I stopped seeing rooms like that the way I used to. So I went looking for one here in Southern California — a place where operators meet operators on purpose, with somebody doing the introducing. I did not find it.

So we are building it ourselves. Not a seminar. Not a mailing list with a bar tab. Eight hundred and eighty-eight numbered seats, a calendar you can hang on a wall, and an office whose only job is to make sure you never walk into the room alone.

And I am not doing it alone. The people I have built those rooms with are the ones the first chairs go to, and you will meet every one of them.

There are no members yet. There is a standard, a calendar, and eighty Charter seats — and we are filling them one conversation at a time before the doors open on March 8, 2027. Every application is read by us. I read every one myself.

If you want a club that already runs, come back in three years and pay more for less. If you want your name among the Eighty, the seat is open now, and it will not be open again.

888 — The Society

Not a Club.
A Standard.

888 SOCIETY exists for people who build — and who refuse to build alone.

8
01 · What We Are

A Curated Room of Builders.

We are a private order of entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and high-performing professionals — limited to 888 seats per chapter, beginning with the founding chapter in Southern California. Members run companies, own assets, lead teams, and hold themselves to a standard most rooms have never seen. Admission is by application and invitation — because the value of the room is the people in it.

WE ARE

A Vetted Network

No seat opens without a reading and a conversation. No tourists, no spectators, no pitch-slappers.

WE ARE

A Working Society

Masterminds, workshops, and rooms designed to move real businesses forward — measurably.

WE ARE

A Long Game

Relationships measured in decades. The member you meet this year may be your partner in ten.

WE ARE NOT

A Country Club

Status here is earned by what you build and contribute — not by what you wear or drive.

WE ARE NOT

A Course

Nothing to binge, nothing to skip. The Society happens in rooms, between people, in real time.

WE ARE NOT

A Sales Floor

Members are protected from pitching. Business flows from trust — never from pressure.

02 · Who Belongs

The Profile of a Member.

There is no single résumé — there is a single mentality. Members share three traits: they build, they contribute, and they keep their word.

Founders

Entrepreneurs & Business Owners

Any Industry

From first company to holding company — operators who carry payroll and responsibility.

Capital

Investors & Asset Owners

Real Estate · Markets · Private

People who put capital to work and understand risk, patience, and compounding.

Command

Executives & Leaders

C-Suite · Directors

Decision-makers who run teams, budgets, and outcomes inside serious organizations.

Craft

Elite Professionals

Law · Finance · Medicine · Tech

Top practitioners whose expertise multiplies the value of every room they enter.

Civic

Public & Civic Leaders

Office · Bench · Command

Elected officials, department heads, and law-enforcement leaders — people who build in public and know how a city actually works.

Rising

The Ascending

By Sponsorship

Hungry, disciplined builders on a steep trajectory — sponsored by an existing member.

That mix is the product. Attendance varies by gathering, and the Society promises a room of that caliber — never access to any particular member, official, or public office. No public official, agency, or department endorses or sponsors 888 SOCIETY, and membership confers no influence with any government body.

VIII
The Threshold

Four Things We Ask. Nothing Else.

The Society is not exclusive about where you came from. It is exclusive about how you carry yourself once you are inside.

You Are Invited

The door does not open because a payment cleared. Every seat begins with an application, a reading, and a conversation with the office.

You Build — or You Intend To

Owners, investors, executives, and professionals belong here. So does the person who has not started yet but has already decided to. Spectators do not.

You Give Before You Ask

Contribution is the rent. Members who only extract are not renewed, at any degree, at any price.

You Keep the Room

Eighteen or older, and you sign the Code of Eight. What is said in the room stays in the room — numbers, names, and struggles alike.

03 · The Code

The Code of Eight.

Eight principles govern every room, every relationship, and every member. Break the Code, lose the room.

I

Contribution First

Enter every room asking what you can give. Extraction is the fastest way out of the Society.

II

Discretion Always

What is said in the room stays in the room. Numbers, names, and struggles are sacred.

III

Integrity of Word

A member's word is a contract. Do what you said, when you said, or don't say it.

IV

Ambition Without Apology

This is a room for people who want more — and respect others who want the same.

V

Reciprocity

Introductions, opportunities, and knowledge flow both ways. The ledger stays balanced.

VI

Growth Is the Rent

Every member is expected to be measurably better every year. Comfort is not a membership benefit.

VII

Health Is Wealth

We build fortunes worth being alive for. Energy, fitness, and clarity are professional obligations.

VIII

Legacy Over Ego

We play games measured in generations. The name outlasts the deal — protect it.

Printed on Every Credential

The Creed of the Society.

I build what outlives me.
I keep the room and its secrets.
My word is my bond, my name is my collateral.
I give before I ask.
I sharpen the seven beside me.
I guard my health as I guard my wealth.
I rise by lifting the room.
I am one of the 888.

The Number

Why 888?

Across cultures and centuries, eight is the number of abundance, balance, and infinite return — the shape of infinity stood upright. Once for wealth. Twice for balance. Three times for what never ends. We did not choose the number for luck. We chose it as a standard: build what compounds forever.

8

Abundance

One eight — prosperity. We gather people who create value, not people who chase it.

88

Balance

Two eights — double fortune, and the discipline to hold it. Wealth, health, family, purpose: the whole ledger.

888

Infinity, Three Times

Wealth that outlives you. Relationships that outlast deals. A name that compounds across generations.

The Standard

Turn the eight on its side and it never ends. That is the horizon every member builds against.

888 — The Experience

Rooms & Rituals.

A membership you attend, not a newsletter you ignore. This is the rhythm of the Society.

8
01 · The Rhythm

The Society Calendar.

The Society does not meet weekly, and it does not meet on a screen. It convenes four times a year — always on the eighth — and once, on the eighth of September, in black tie.

Gathering I

The Private Dinner

All Degrees

A closed table in a room you would not have booked yourself. Seating is arranged before you arrive, not left to chance, and the night has one long conversation instead of a stage.

Gathering II

The Golf Invitational

All Degrees

Eighteen holes is four uninterrupted hours with someone who does not take cold calls. Foursomes are matched the way the pods are: by stage, by industry, by what each of you needs from the other.

Gathering III

The Business Mixer

All Degrees

The wide room, on purpose. Founders and investors beside executives, attorneys, physicians, and civic leaders — the mix is the product, and every guest is vetted before the door.

Gathering IV

The Grand Room

All Degrees

A large venue, a speaker worth the drive, and the whole chapter in the same room at the same time. The night the Society sees its own size.

Before Each

The Head Table

The Head Table

In the hours before each gathering, the Head Table eats first — a private dinner with the principals of the family of companies and selected guests. Small table, closed door, zero cameras.

9 · 8

The Gala

The Society

Every September 8th — the night of the Society. Black tie, the year’s recognitions, the strongest room of the calendar, and the stories that carry the next twelve months.

02 · Between the Rooms

The Society Never Closes.

Private Directory

Every member, searchable — industry, expertise, and what they're building. Warm doors only.

Digital Command Room

The private community channel: asks, offers, wins, and introductions moving daily between gatherings.

Curated Introductions

Tell the office who you need to meet — a partner, a supplier, a buyer — and the Society goes to work.

The Library

Every workshop is recorded. The Library starts empty and never gets smaller — the Charter Eighty are the ones who fill it.

Member Spotlights

Wins celebrated in front of the room — because visibility inside the right room changes trajectories.

Guest Privileges

Bring the right people into the orbit — guest passes by degree, every guest vetted by the office.

VIII
The Structure

The Eight Pillars of the Society.

Everything inside 888 SOCIETY is built on eight pillars — the complete architecture of an extraordinary life, not just an extraordinary business.

I

The Network

Curated rooms of entrepreneurs, investors, and executives — every handshake pre-vetted.

II

Masterminds

Pods of never more than eight. Your private board of directors — accountability, strategy, and unfiltered truth.

III

Deal Flow & Connections

Partners, suppliers, buyers, and opportunities that move between members first.

IV

Wealth Education

Workshops on capital, credit, structure, and ownership — taught by operators, not theorists.

V

Leadership

Command rooms, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure — the skills of the head of the table.

VI

Mind & Spirit

Discipline, mindset, faith, and standards — because the business never outgrows the builder.

VII

Health & Longevity

Energy is the first asset. Performance, wellness, and longevity practices for people who play long games.

VIII

Legacy

Family, generational wealth, and the name you leave behind — the pillar the other seven serve.

888 — Membership

The $888 initiation is paid once in a lifetime, at any degree — never a second time, not even when you rise. Dues renew annually and never renew without your written consent. The first eighty Charter seats carry a standing that cannot be granted later. Admission is not guaranteed.

No degree opens because a payment cleared. Every seat begins with an application, a reading, and a conversation. Then you choose your degree.

Room, Table, or Head Table — you decide at admission. Those who already know what they want start higher.

Rise From Anywhere

Advancement stays open all year. Move up mid-term and you pay only the prorated difference — never the full amount twice, and never a second initiation.

Authority Is Never Sold

Degrees buy access and proximity — never a vote. The Society is governed by the Council of Eight, and those eight chairs are conferred, never purchased at any price.

The Order

The Pyramid of Eights.

Standing in the Order is not for sale — it is where your seat falls. Eight chairs govern, eighty founded, eight hundred fill the chapter. The numbers add up to the name.

80The Charter Eighty — Seats 009 to 088
800The Eight Hundred — Seats 089 to 888

8  +  80  +  800  =  888

One chapter. Three ranks. Every seat numbered.

Above Every Degree

The Council of Eight.

Eight chairs govern the Society. They cannot be applied for, and they cannot be purchased — at any price, at any degree. No amount of dues has ever carried a vote. The Council of Eight is conferred, and it answers for the Order itself: the Code, the standard, and who is admitted. Every member knows the chairs exist. Few will ever know the view.

The Path

A Career Inside the Society.

888 SOCIETY promotes from within. Membership is not only a room you join — it is a ladder you can climb. Every officer of the Society began as a member; every future chapter will be led by one of its own.

Rung 1

Member

I° — III°

Master the room: contribute, build, and rise through the degrees. Reputation inside the Society is the first currency.

Rung 2

Pod Captain

Appointed

Lead a Pod — set its standard, run its sessions, and answer for its results. The first test of command.

Rung 3

Chapter Officer

Appointed

Help run the chapter itself: events, admissions, the Gala. Officers carry real responsibility — and real visibility.

Rung 4

Chapter Chairman

Compensated Role

When the Society opens a new city, it appoints a Chairman from within its ranks to build and run that chapter — a compensated leadership position, earned by service and standing, never bought.

Summit

The Council of Eight

Conferred

The eight chairs that govern the Order. The path to them runs through service to the Society — never through dues.

Every officer began as a member. Appointments are earned by contribution and standing — never purchased, and never based on how many people you brought.

Officer and Chairman positions are appointed, compensated roles for operating the Society — not income opportunities, and never based on recruitment volume. Membership is not a business opportunity or investment.

Seats 009 — 088 · Engraved Forever

The Charter Eighty.

Seats 001 through 008 belong to the Council of Eight. Seats 009 through 088 are the Charter seats — the eighty builders who came in before the doors opened. A Charter number is retired rather than reassigned, and Charter members are recognized at every Gala. While a waiting list is in effect, a Charter member in good standing is offered renewal before the list is drawn. Charter standing is a recognition, not a property right, and does not survive termination for cause. Their numbers are engraved here for as long as the Society stands.

01Your number retires with youSeat 009 is 009 forever. When that member leaves, the number is never reassigned — it stays engraved with their name for as long as the Society stands.
02Top of the directory, alwaysThe Council of Eight and the Charter Eighty (seats 001–088) appear in their own band above every degree. A III° admitted later still appears beneath them.
03First in line to renewWhile a waiting list is in effect, a Charter member in good standing renews before a single place is opened to the list.
04The office assigns their PodThose who come later are assigned by the office. The eighty may ask who they want to be grouped with, and the office accommodates it where the chapter allows.
05One guest at The OpeningEvery Charter member brings one person to the chapter’s first full gathering, at no cost.
06Recognized at every GalaBy name and by number, every year, in the room where the whole Society is standing.

A Charter seat is standing, not ownership. 888 SOCIETY is owned and operated by one company, and no membership — Charter or otherwise — carries equity, a vote, a share of revenue, or any right to manage the Society. Charter standing is a recognition, not a property right, and does not survive termination for cause. Charter seats pay the same annual dues as their degree — what they gain is standing, not price.

This One Comes With an Engine.

When you join the Society, your membership is connected to an operating ecosystem. Need your company formed and funded? Financing for growth? Markets education? Product and trade channels? The family already does it — and members walk in through the preferred door.

888 SOCIETY

The room that ties it together — where the ecosystem's builders, clients, and allies become one network.

The Private Room

Ecosystem access means preferred treatment for services and relationships. It is not an offer of securities, a right to invest, or a promise of returns. Each company operates under its own terms and applicable licensing.

The Flywheel

How Members Compound.

Enter the Room

You join vetted rooms where trust is the default and your name starts compounding.

Build the Machine

The ecosystem forms, brands, funds, and automates what you're building — faster than going alone.

Multiply Through Others

Pods, introductions, and the Deal Room turn your network into pipelines — partners, clients, suppliers.

Elevate the Room

Your wins raise the room's standard — and the room returns the favor. That's the eight, sideways.

888 — Questions

Asked & Answered.

What serious applicants want to know before they knock.

How often does the Society actually meet?
Four times a year — a private dinner, a golf invitational, a business mixer, and the Gala every September 8th — always on the eighth. Between gatherings the Society lives in the back office: the directory, the library, the Deal Room, and the calendar.
When do I pay, and am I paying to apply?
Nothing is charged when you apply. The application is free and carries no obligation. If the office invites you, there is a conversation first — usually by phone — and payment is arranged only after you accept a seat. Admission includes a one-time initiation fee of $888, charged once in a lifetime and never repeated if you later rise a degree, plus the annual dues of the degree you choose.
There are no members yet. What am I actually buying?
You are buying a Charter seat, not a finished club. That is deliberate, and it is available exactly once. Seats 009 through 088 are the Charter Eighty: your number is engraved and never reassigned, you ask who sits in your Pod, you are recognized at every Gala, and the Charter Dinner in December 2026 is the eighty and no one else. Whoever joins in 2028 will pay for a room that already works; you are paying to be one of the eighty who built it. And if in your first year the Society does not move your business, do not renew.
What if the first gathering does not happen?
If the Society does not convene a gathering in a membership year in which you were entitled to attend one, your dues for that year are credited in full to the next. Your seat number and your Charter standing are unaffected. Dates, venues, and formats can change; the obligation to put you in the room does not.
Is this an MLM?
No, and the structure prevents it. One level only: a member who introduces someone is paid on that person and never on anyone that person goes on to introduce. Participation costs nothing — no fee, no kit, no minimum, no quota — no member is required to introduce anyone, and no benefit, degree, seat or appointment depends on whether you introduce anyone. The fee is paid by the Society out of its own revenue and never raises anyone’s dues. Most members introduce no one. Membership is a service for networking and development: it is not an investment, a franchise, or a business opportunity, and must not be presented as one.
Who sits on the Council of Eight?
One chair is filled today: Seat 001, the Founder. The other seven remain unconferred, and they are not for sale at any price or at any degree. A chair is earned through years of service to the Order — not through dues — and until they are conferred, the Society is directed by its Founder. That is deliberate: a standard is set by one person first, and shared once there are people who have proven they hold it. Every chair that is conferred is published here, by name and by company.
What are the degrees?
Three, and you pick yours when you are admitted. I° The Room is the front door: every gathering, the back office, the directory. II° The Table is the working room: your Pod, the Deal Room, curated introductions, a seat at the Gala. III° The Head Table is proximity: you eat with the principals before every gathering, you hold a direct line to the Founder’s Office, and you see opportunities first. You may rise between degrees at any time. Degrees buy access, never authority: the Society is governed by the Council of Eight, whose chairs are conferred and have never been for sale.
Can I build a career inside the Society?
Yes. The Society promotes from within: members may be appointed Pod Captains, Chapter Officers, and — as new cities open — Chapter Chairmen, a compensated role for operating a chapter. Appointments are earned by contribution and standing, never purchased and never based on recruitment numbers. Separately, members may take part in the Member Referral Program, which is a benefit of membership and not a reason to join.
Do I need an invitation to apply?
No — the application is open, but admission is not. Anyone may apply; every application is reviewed personally, and membership is extended by invitation only. A referral from an existing member strengthens an application but is not required.
Who gets accepted?
Entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and elite professionals who build, contribute, and keep their word. We evaluate trajectory and character over trophies — an ascending builder with discipline will beat a coasting résumé every time.
What happens at a Pod?
A Pod is a group of never more than eight members you are assigned to for the year, matched by business stage. The office convenes your Pod at every gathering with structure: brief updates with real numbers, one member in the hot seat with the group working their problem, and written commitments reviewed next time. It is your private board of directors, and it is the reason The Table exists. The format is set by the office and follows the venue — a table, a separate room, or a fixed hour inside the gathering. Pods form as the chapter fills, and the office may regroup them between gatherings.
Where do gatherings happen?
Southern California is home base — private venues across Los Angeles and Orange County — with digital rooms connecting members between gatherings. The Gala is held every September 8th.
Can I pitch my business to members?
Not unsolicited — members are protected from pitching by the Code. The Deal Room exists precisely so business can be presented in the right room, the right way, with clean numbers and an honest ask.
Is 888 SOCIETY an investment club?
No. The Society is a private community for networking, education, and relationships. Membership is not an investment, carries no right to returns, and nothing in the Society constitutes an offer of securities or investment advice. When members choose to do business together, they do so privately, on their own terms, with their own counsel.
What does membership cost?
You choose your degree at admission. I° The Room is $2,000 a year, II° The Table $4,000, III° The Head Table $8,000 — and every degree adds the one-time $888 initiation in the first year only, which is why year one reads $2,888, $4,888, and $8,888. After that you renew at the dues alone. The initiation is paid once in a lifetime: rise later and you pay only the prorated difference in dues, never a second initiation.
Can my spouse or partner attend?
The Gala and selected socials welcome partners. Working rooms — pods, workshops, dinners — are members only, to protect the candor that makes them valuable.
What is expected of me?
Show up, contribute, and honor the Code of Eight. Members who extract without contributing, break discretion, or miss their commitments are not renewed — at any degree.
Can I rise to a higher degree mid-year?
Yes. Members in good standing may petition to advance at any time; approved advancements pay only the prorated difference in dues for the remainder of the year, and renew at the new degree. Advancement is subject to availability and to the approval of the office — the waiting list moves in order of petition.
What does the initiation fee cover?
The one-time $888 covers your admission into the Order: the review and the interview, your letter of admission, your login to the back office, induction into the private directory, and your numbered credential — your seat among the 888, engraved, with the Creed printed on it. Annual dues then cover everything your degree includes, year after year. It is never charged twice, at any degree.
Can I earn money by introducing members?
Yes. Members receive 20 percent of the first-year dues of the member they introduced, and 10 percent of every renewal that member pays after that — for as long as both remain active members in good standing. Always on the dues: the $888 initiation never carries a referral fee. One level only: you are never paid on anyone your referral goes on to introduce. If the office does not admit the person, there is no fee. It is a benefit of membership, never a reason to join, and no income is promised or implied. Most members introduce no one, and the Society makes no representation as to how much, if anything, any member will receive. The full program and its seven rules →
Are dues refundable?
Dues are annual and non-refundable once membership begins, as seats are limited and reserved. See the Terms of Membership for renewal and cancellation details — renewals are never automatic without your explicit consent.

888 — Member Referral Program

Bring the Right People.
Be Recognized for It.

A benefit of membership — never a reason to join. The Society grows by introduction, and the member who makes the introduction is recognized for it in the plainest way there is.

The Fee

Twenty the First Year.
Ten for as Long as You Both Stay.

You receive 20 percent of the first-year dues of the member you introduced, and 10 percent of every renewal they pay after that — for as long as you are both active members in good standing. Always on the dues: the $888 initiation never carries a referral fee. And nothing on anyone they go on to introduce. Ever.

If they enter atTheir annual duesYou receive, year oneAnd every year after
I° The Room$2,000$400$200
II° The Table$4,000$800$400
III° The Head Table$8,000$1,600$800

Bringing one person to the Head Table is worth more than bringing three to the front door. The Society would rather you brought one. Most members introduce no one, and the Society makes no representation that any member will receive any referral fee at all.

Why the Program Exists

The Room Pays You Twice.

A seat in 888 SOCIETY is a business decision before it is anything else. The first return is the one you came for: the partners, the clients, the suppliers, and the capital that come out of sitting four times a year in a room with operators who actually build. The second is simpler. The Society grows by introduction, and when you make one the office admits, you are paid for it.

I

First, You Grow Your Own

Your Pod, the Deal Room, the chapter directory, and the introductions the office makes exist for one thing: so your company leaves this room with something it did not walk in with. That is what your dues buy, and that is what makes the seat worth keeping. If in any year the Society does not move your business, do not renew.

II

Then, You Bring Someone Who Belongs

You do not recruit. You introduce one person you would sit beside, and the office decides whether they come in. If the office does not admit them, there is no fee — and the Society would rather you brought no one than the wrong one. An introduction that belongs serves three parties: the person, who gets the room; the room, which gets stronger; and you.

III

And You Are Paid for It

Twenty percent of the first-year dues, and ten percent of every renewal for as long as you are both active members. It is paid by the Society out of its own revenue: it never comes out of another member’s pocket and it never raises anyone’s dues. Every member is paid only on the people they personally introduced — never on anyone else’s introductions. Not you on theirs, not them on yours. One level, always.

And what this is not: it is not an income opportunity. Most members introduce no one, and the Society makes no representation as to how much, if anything, any member will receive. Participation costs nothing, is never required, and no benefit, degree, seat, or standing depends on it. It is a benefit of membership. It is never a reason to join.

The Rules

Seven Lines. No Fine Print.

I

One Level Only

You are paid on the members you introduce. You are never paid on the people they go on to introduce — not one cent, not ever. This is the line, and the Society does not stand near it.

II

While You Both Stay

The 10 percent renewal fee is paid for as long as you are both active members in good standing. If your membership lapses, the fee stops. If theirs lapses, it stops. The fee is personal — it cannot be sold, assigned, or inherited.

III

Admission Decides

If the office does not admit the person you brought, there is no fee. The standard of the room has never been for sale, and it is not for sale to a member either.

IV

Outside the Room

The fee is for people you bring from outside. Inside a gathering nobody sells anything — including this. Working the room is grounds for removal, at any degree.

V

Signed and Reported

You sign a short referral agreement and a W-9 once. Anyone paid $600 or more in a calendar year receives a 1099-NEC in January. It is income, and it is reported like income.

VI

Say So in Public

If you recommend the Society publicly and you are paid for referrals, say so plainly — that you are a member and that you receive compensation. One line, every time.

VII

Nothing to Buy, Nothing to Recruit

Participation costs nothing. There is no fee, no kit, no quota, and no minimum. No member is required to introduce anyone, and no benefit, degree, seat, standing, or appointment depends on whether you introduce anyone. A referral fee is paid by the Society out of its own revenue for a completed introduction to a person the office admits and who pays dues; it is never funded by another member and it never increases anyone’s dues. You may not be paid on yourself, on your spouse or household, on an entity you control, or on a person already in conversation with the office.

No income is promised or implied. The Society makes no representation about how much any member will receive; most members introduce no one, and results depend entirely on your own relationships and effort. Membership is a service for networking, education, and development — it is not an investment, a franchise, a distributorship, or a business opportunity, and it must never be presented as one. The program may be changed or ended at any time.

The Businesses of the House.

Every seat in 888 SOCIETY is a company in operation. What is published here is the name and the mark of everyone already inside — and nothing more. The full directory lives inside the members’ area: what each member does, the city they build in, what they are looking for, their website, their direct line, and their business email. Your listing is not read by the internet. It is read by the rest of the chapter — and by no one else.

The Council and the Charter (seats 001–088) appear in their own band above every degree, whatever degree they hold.

Members appear here by their own choice and may ask the office to remove them at any time. Only business contact details appear here, and only at the degrees that include them — personal mobile numbers are never published on this page. They live inside the Hall, where only fellow members reach them. A listing is a courtesy of membership, not an endorsement or a recommendation of that business by 888 SOCIETY.
