◆
The Promise

You Never Arrive Alone.

Most rooms promise access and leave you standing among strangers. 888 is being built differently: when confirmed gatherings begin, the office will prepare context and seek relevant introductions before you arrive. Every introduction depends on attendance, availability, and mutual interest; no person or outcome is guaranteed.

We Read the Room First

Before each confirmed gathering, the office will review who plans to attend and what each person is building.

Introductions With Context

The aim will be to identify relevant conversations, subject to attendance, availability, and mutual interest.

Seating With Purpose

Where the format allows, seating will be planned to make relevant conversations easier.

Consent First

If both people agree, the office will share context and help them connect. The decision and outcome will always remain theirs.

The room is designed to make relevant conversations more likely — never to promise a person, business, or outcome.

01 · The Difference

Visible to Everyone.
Known by No One.

Your work can be visible to thousands and still be unknown to the right people. 888 is being built as a reviewed room where presence carries intent and contribution matters more than reach. The founding class is being assembled now in Southern California, one application and one conversation at a time.

An audience without contextApplications reviewed before an invitation
Attention decides what gets seenContribution defines the standard

Membership guarantees no client, partner, introduction, or outcome. Its value begins with the standard of the room and what each member chooses to contribute.

What the Society Owes

The 888 Scholarship.

A private society should ultimately serve more than the people inside the room. The proposed 888 Scholarship is the expression of that responsibility — not an active benefit. It will not launch until its rules, budget, responsible entity, and final approval are documented.

Proposed Program

A Club of Wealthy People Is Just a Club.

The intent is to support children of builders who are still early in the climb. The number of awards, eligibility, schedule, and process remain subject to confirmation.

Seat 001From the Founder

I Have Paid for Every Room
That Did Not Work.

I have spent more than twenty years in business. I remember the rooms I paid to enter — the famous names, the large stages, the larger promises. Some inspired me. Very few created the kind of honest conversation an operator remembers.

The rooms that stayed with me were the ones we built ourselves: dinners and golf gatherings where trusted people brought trusted people. They did not work because of the size of the stage. They worked because everyone understood why they were there.

After 2020, I went looking in Southern California for a room built for operators — entrepreneurs, investors, and executives — with a clear standard and someone responsible for preparing the context before the conversation. I did not find it, so we began building one.

888 SOCIETY is not a seminar or mailing list. It is a private, application-led community organized around numbered seats, clear standards, and one simple idea: the room matters as much as the person who enters it.

The founding chapter is being assembled one conversation at a time. Its opening is confirmed for March 8, 2027; the venue remains pending. Planned events, technology, and member services are not available until confirmed in writing.

If the purpose fits what you are building, request an invitation. I read every application myself.

888 — The Society

Not a Club.
A Standard.

888 SOCIETY exists for people who build — and who refuse to build alone.

8
01 · What We Are

A Curated Room of Builders.

We are a private order of entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and high-performing professionals — limited to 888 seats per chapter, beginning with the founding chapter in Southern California. Members run companies, own assets, lead teams, and hold themselves to a standard most rooms have never seen. Admission is by application and invitation — because the value of the room is the people in it.

WE ARE

A Vetted Network

No seat opens without a reading and a conversation. No tourists, no spectators, no pitch-slappers.

WE ARE

A Working Society

A community designed for useful conversations, peer accountability, and real work — with formats still subject to confirmation.

WE ARE

A Long Game

Relationships built with patience, reciprocity, and a name worth protecting.

WE ARE NOT

A Country Club

Status here is earned by what you build and contribute — not by what you wear or drive.

WE ARE NOT

A Course

It is not being built as a passive content library. The plan centers on rooms, people, and direct participation.

WE ARE NOT

A Sales Floor

The standard rejects unsolicited pitching. Any commercial conversation depends on the consent and judgment of the people involved.

02 · Who Belongs

The Profile of a Member.

There is no single résumé — there is a single mentality. Members share three traits: they build, they contribute, and they keep their word.

Founders

Entrepreneurs & Business Owners

Any Industry

From first company to holding company — operators who carry payroll and responsibility.

Capital

Investors & Asset Owners

Real Estate · Markets · Private

People who put capital to work and understand risk, patience, and compounding.

Command

Executives & Leaders

C-Suite · Directors

Decision-makers who run teams, budgets, and outcomes inside serious organizations.

Craft

Elite Professionals

Law · Finance · Medicine · Tech

Top practitioners whose expertise multiplies the value of every room they enter.

Civic

Public & Civic Leaders

Office · Bench · Command

Elected officials, department heads, and law-enforcement leaders — people who build in public and know how a city actually works.

Rising

The Ascending

By Sponsorship

Hungry, disciplined builders on a steep trajectory — sponsored by an existing member.

That mix is the ambition for the room. Attendance and composition will vary by gathering; membership never guarantees access to any particular member, official, or public office. No public official, agency, or department endorses or sponsors 888 SOCIETY, and membership confers no influence with any government body.

VIII
The Threshold

Four Things We Ask. Nothing Else.

The Society is not exclusive about where you came from. It is exclusive about how you carry yourself once you are inside.

You Are Invited

The door does not open because a payment cleared. Every seat begins with an application, a reading, and a conversation with the office.

You Build — or You Intend To

Owners, investors, executives, and professionals belong here. So does the person who has not started yet but has already decided to. Spectators do not.

You Give Before You Ask

Contribution is the standard. The Society is designed for people who arrive ready to contribute, not merely extract.

You Keep the Room

You must be 18 or older and commit to the Code of Eight, including the obligation to protect private information shared in the room.

∞
03 · The Code

The Code of Eight.

Eight principles govern every room, every relationship, and every member. Break the Code, lose the room.

I

Contribution First

Enter every room asking what you can give. Extraction is the fastest way out of the Society.

II

Discretion Always

What is said in the room stays in the room. Numbers, names, and struggles are sacred.

III

Integrity of Word

A member's word is a contract. Do what you said, when you said, or don't say it.

IV

Ambition Without Apology

This is a room for people who want more — and respect others who want the same.

V

Reciprocity

Contribution, knowledge, and voluntary introductions should flow both ways. The ledger stays balanced.

VI

Growth Is the Rent

Growth is a personal standard, not an outcome promised by membership. Comfort is not the objective.

VII

Health Is Wealth

We build fortunes worth being alive for. Energy, fitness, and clarity are professional obligations.

VIII

Legacy Over Ego

We play games measured in generations. The name outlasts the deal — protect it.

Printed on Every Credential

The Creed of the Society.

I build what outlives me.
I keep the room and its secrets.
My word is my bond, my name is my collateral.
I give before I ask.
I sharpen the seven beside me.
I guard my health as I guard my wealth.
I rise by lifting the room.
I am one of the 888.

∞
The Number

Why 888?

Across cultures and centuries, eight is the number of abundance, balance, and infinite return — the shape of infinity stood upright. Once for wealth. Twice for balance. Three times for what never ends. We did not choose the number for luck. We chose it as a standard: build what compounds forever.

8

Abundance

One eight — prosperity. We gather people who create value, not people who chase it.

88

Balance

Two eights — double fortune, and the discipline to hold it. Wealth, health, family, purpose: the whole ledger.

888

Infinity, Three Times

Wealth that outlives you. Relationships that outlast deals. A name that compounds across generations.

∞

The Standard

Turn the eight on its side and it never ends. That is the horizon every member builds against.

The Structure

The Eight Pillars of the Society.

The eight pillars express the community's editorial direction; they are not guaranteed benefits or promised outcomes.

I

The Network

Relationships built with judgment and reciprocity.

II

Accountability

Clear commitments and peer follow-through.

III

Connections

Introductions by mutual interest, without guaranteed outcomes.

IV

Wealth Education

Workshops on business operations, structure, and ownership — taught by operators, not theorists.

V

Leadership

Command rooms, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure — the skills of the head of the table.

VI

Mind & Spirit

Discipline, mindset, faith, and standards — because the business never outgrows the builder.

VII

Health & Longevity

Energy is the first asset. Performance, wellness, and longevity practices for people who play long games.

VIII

Legacy

Family, generational wealth, and the name you leave behind — the pillar the other seven serve.

◆ 888 — The Chapters ◆

One Society.
One City at a Time.

888 SOCIETY grows by opening carefully planned rooms. Each chapter has its own 888 seats, its own table, and an honorary advisory Council. Eight suitable candidates may begin the evaluation of a new city. Opening a chapter requires the approval of Founder James Fritz, a suitable venue, and the capacity to operate it.

◆
The Rule

A chapter is not a border.
It is a table.

We do not ask what county you live in or which side of a line you are on. We ask one thing: can you get to dinner on a Tuesday night? If the answer is yes, that is your table. If it is a six-hour drive, that is not your table — it does not exist yet, and there is a way to open it.

Named for its city

Chapter I · Los Angeles. Not by county, not by state — by the city where the table is set.

Reaches as far as the drive

If you live ninety minutes or less from the room, you belong to that room. Downey, Long Beach, Anaheim, Pasadena, Riverside — one table.

888 seats, each chapter

Los Angeles holds 888. Las Vegas would hold its own 888. A seat in one city never takes a seat from another.

One member, one seat

Each seat will belong to one chapter. Cross-chapter benefits, visits, Pods, and participation rules remain planned until confirmed in writing.

8

These cities are possibilities for evaluation, not promised openings. Gathering eight suitable candidates does not automatically create a chapter. The Founder must approve the city, venue, and operating plan before an opening is confirmed.

◆
How a Room Opens

The Founding
Eight.

Nobody buys a chapter. Eight suitable candidates in a city can begin an evaluation by the Society. Opening the room depends on the approval of Founder James Fritz, a suitable venue, and operating capacity. Gathering the group does not guarantee a chapter or Seat 001; that honorary seat is considered separately.

01You apply firstBefore you gather anyone, you pass the door yourself — and you apply for the chair as well. Nobody opens a room they would not have been admitted to.
02You bring seven moreSeven builders from your city who apply on their own and are admitted for what they are, not for knowing you.
03The Society evaluates the openingWe assess the venue, calendar, and operating capacity. Founder James Fritz approves any opening; the Society runs an approved chapter.
04The Society confers Seat 001The first seat of your city, with a chair on that chapter’s Council. The Society confers it at its discretion — gathering eight does not earn it on its own. It is conferred once.
Said plainly

A chapter is not a business we sell you.

There is no fee to open a chapter, and no chapter is for sale. The eight pay membership dues like every other member, and nothing beyond that.

You are not buying a territory, a franchise, a license, or any part of the company that operates the Society. It carries no exclusive rights over any city or region.

The Society opens and runs the chapter. Venues, money, calendar, and admissions stay with the house. Seat 001 is an honor and a chair on that chapter’s Council — honorary and revocable, carrying no ownership, no vote, and no pay.

Seat 001 is applied for, not claimed. Whoever wants to open a city applies for that chair, and the Society weighs it: who they are, what they have built, who they know, and how they carry themselves. Gathering eight people does not entitle anyone to the chair.

We do not promise an opening or a date. Eight suitable candidates are a starting point for evaluation. A chapter opens only after the Founder approves it and the venue and operating capacity are confirmed. Membership admission does not guarantee a new chapter.

If You Are Far

There are two answers,
and both are yes.

If you will travel

Your seat is Los Angeles.

The four-gathering program remains planned. If you would travel once dates and venues are confirmed, you may apply for Los Angeles — but review the written offer before accepting a seat.

If you will not

Then your seat is not this one.

Your city may not have a room yet. You may request an evaluation; gathering candidates guarantees no opening, date, or leadership seat.

You start the same way as everyone else: apply, tell us your city, and tell us if you want to open it.

888 — Questions

Asked & Answered.

What serious applicants want to know before they knock.

How often does the Society meet?
The four-gathering program is planned, not operating today. Formats, dates, venues, and degree-by-degree inclusions will be confirmed in writing; only the March 8, 2027 founding-chapter opening has a confirmed date, and its venue remains pending.
How are the application, invitation, and payment handled?
Submitting an application does not confirm admission or membership. If the office believes there may be a fit, a conversation follows — usually by phone. The written invitation presents the confirmed degree, price, term, and benefits before you accept a seat.
The chapter is still forming. What exists today?
Applications are open, the Council of Eight and public Charter roll are visible, and the founding-chapter opening is confirmed for March 8, 2027 with its venue pending. The Hall, Pods, Deal Room, and private directory are not live yet; events and degree inclusions also remain planned.
What if a planned event or benefit changes?
Planned items are not part of an offer until confirmed in writing. Before any charge, the invitation and agreement must state the price, term, confirmed benefits, renewal, cancellation, and any applicable remedy.
Is this an MLM?
No. Membership is a community and networking service, not an investment, franchise, distributorship, or income opportunity. The active referral program rewards only one eligible direct introduction under a written agreement; it has no downlines, teams, or compensation for recruiting referrers.
Who sits on the Council of Eight?
All eight chairs have been accepted and conferred: James Fritz, Miguel Sanchez, Edgar Cortes, Hans Fritz, Moe Rangel, Marvin Solares, Adrian Maldonado, and Sam Quintanilla. The Council is honorary and advisory. Founder James Fritz retains final decision-making authority. A chair carries no governing vote or company ownership and cannot be purchased through dues or a membership degree.
What are the degrees?
I° The Room, II° The Table, and III° The Head Table retain their current first-year prices: $2,888, $4,888, and $8,888. Final benefits and inclusions by degree are not yet confirmed and must appear in writing before any charge. No degree buys ownership, a vote, authority, or investment access.
Do all three degrees have a personal link?
Yes, in the planned member system. THE ROOM links to a basic profile, THE TABLE to a Full Member Profile, and THE HEAD TABLE to a Signature Member Profile, all within 888society.club. The difference is the depth of the page, not whether you get a link. These pages are in development; publication is optional with written consent. A separate business domain and custom website are separate services.
Can I apply directly for THE TABLE or THE HEAD TABLE?
Yes. You may apply directly for the degree you prefer; starting at THE ROOM is not a requirement. Every application is reviewed, admission is by invitation, and the written offer confirms the available benefits, scope, and timing before any charge.
Does my member page replace my business website?
Your member page complements your existing business website and may link to it with your approval. It presents you within the 888 network using the Society's design. Independent business websites, custom branding, and separate domains are outside the member-page benefit.
Are there paid roles inside the Society?
Operational roles, appointments, and any compensation remain undefined. They are not part of membership and must not be presented as a benefit or income opportunity.
Do I need an invitation to apply?
No — the application is open, but admission is not. Anyone may apply; every application is reviewed personally, and membership is extended by invitation only. A referral from an existing member strengthens an application but is not required.
Who gets accepted?
Entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and elite professionals who build, contribute, and keep their word. We evaluate trajectory and character over trophies — an ascending builder with discipline will beat a coasting résumé every time.
What happens in a Pod?
Pods are planned and do not operate today. Eligibility, size, assignment, and format still require written confirmation.
I do not live in Los Angeles. Can I apply?
Yes. Applications are open regardless of city. Only the Southern California founding chapter has a confirmed opening; other cities are possibilities to evaluate, not promised openings. Read The Chapters.
Where will gatherings happen?
Southern California is the planned home base. Dates, venues, formats, and Gala details remain pending and will be published only after confirmation.
Can I pitch my business to members?
Unsolicited pitching is not permitted. The Deal Room remains planned; any future format must protect consent and will not guarantee business, clients, or outcomes.
Is 888 SOCIETY an investment club?
No. The Society is a private community for networking, education, and relationships. Membership is not an investment, carries no right to returns, and nothing in the Society constitutes an offer of securities or investment advice. When members choose to do business together, they do so privately, on their own terms, with their own counsel.
What does membership cost?
Current first-year prices are I° $2,888, II° $4,888, and III° $8,888. Renewal, term, start date, and final benefits remain subject to written confirmation before any charge.
Can my spouse or partner attend?
Guest passes and partner attendance are planned. Rules, eligible events, and degree-by-degree inclusions remain pending.
What is expected of me?
The proposed standard is to show up, contribute, respect confidentiality, and keep your word. The Code and any renewal rules must appear in the written agreement before charging.
Can I change degrees?
The degree-change process and any price adjustment remain pending. Do not assume proration, availability, or terms until they are provided in writing.
What does the first-year price cover?
The written offer must identify the exact degree, price, term, and confirmed benefits. Planned systems and events are not included until confirmed in writing.
Is the referral program active?
Yes. It is active for eligible members who enroll under a signed Referral Agreement. The current structure is 15% of eligible collected first-year dues and 10% of eligible collected renewal dues, at one level only. Full attribution, refund, chargeback, tax, and disclosure rules apply. Review the structure and terms →
Must I remain an active member to receive referral commissions?
Yes. You must maintain an active I° membership or higher and remain in good standing when the referred dues are collected and the commission is earned. If you are inactive when a referred renewal is paid, you do not earn that commission; commissions earned before becoming inactive remain payable under the agreement, and later reactivation does not restore a missed commission.
What are the renewal, cancellation, and refund rules?
They still require attorney review and confirmation in the written agreement before annual billing begins. No charge will occur until those terms are defined and accepted.
I'm ready. What's the first step?
Submit the application. The office reviews each submission and, if there may be a fit, contacts you for a conversation. Applying does not create membership or guarantee admission.

Five minutes. Read by the office. No algorithm decides who enters. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not confirm admission or membership. If the office invites you, there is a conversation first and the terms are presented in writing before you accept a seat.

A line is enough. The more you share, the better we can place you.

By clicking Submit Application you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use & Membership and the Privacy Policy, and that you agree to the binding individual arbitration and class-action waiver in Section 13. You may reject the arbitration agreement within 30 days of your admission, as described in Section 13.

Submitting an application does not create a membership, and admission is not guaranteed. We use the information you give us to review your application, to contact you about it, and — where you tick the box above — to contact you about the Society. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not send you marketing about our affiliated companies unless you separately opt in. ACTIVE FOR ELIGIBLE MEMBERS

Introduce the Right Person.

15%

Eligible first-year dues × 15%. Applies only to a directly referred member and under the Referral Agreement.

10%

Renewal Commission

Eligible renewal dues × 10%. Applies only while standing, eligibility, and program terms are satisfied.

ONE LEVEL

One Direct Introduction

No downlines, no teams, and no compensation for introductions made by another person.

ACTIVE I°+

Membership in Good Standing

The referring member must maintain an active I° membership or higher and remain in good standing when the referred dues are collected and each commission is earned.

Participation requires a separate signed Referral Agreement. No commission is earned for a renewal paid while the referring member is inactive; previously earned commissions remain payable under the agreement, and later reactivation does not restore a missed commission. No income is promised or projected. Membership is not an investment, franchise, distributorship, or business opportunity.

Program Rules

Written. Direct.
Accountable.

The separate signed Referral Agreement controls eligibility, attribution, calculation, payment timing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disclosures, and termination. This page summarizes the structure; the signed agreement controls if there is any conflict.

I

Attribution

The referral must be submitted before the applicant applies, through the approved channel, and cannot be an existing contact, duplicate, self-referral, or reciprocal referral.

II

Eligible Dues

Commission is calculated only on net dues actually collected, excluding refunds, disputes, reversals, discounts, taxes, and processing fees.

III

Payment & Tax

Tax forms and reporting may apply. Participants are responsible for their own taxes. Payments follow the Referral Agreement schedule.

The Society may modify or end the program prospectively by written notice, subject to the treatment of any commission already earned under the applicable Referral Agreement.

Non-Negotiable Boundaries

One Level.
Clear Terms.

I

Voluntary

No membership, degree, seat, or appointment will depend on introducing anyone.

II

One Level

The program includes no compensation for introductions made by someone else.

III

Independent Admission

An introduction does not guarantee admission, and compensation never decides who enters.

IV

Clear Disclosure

Every public recommendation must clearly disclose the material connection and possible compensation in the same message.

Current status: active for eligible members enrolled under a signed Referral Agreement. Legal terms remain subject to counsel review.
